I love going out for dim sum, it’s a particular favourite pass time of mine and lucky for me, Richmond has a lot of dim sum restaurants. One that I have not tried before is Royal Restaurant.

Another quick lunch date at Pho Viet
So, part II of my lunch dates with my best friend (see part I here), we were down the strip mall that is on Westminister Highway across from Richmond Public Market at the Pho Viet Restaurant. See the menu in the images above!
A not so quick lunch date at Kingspark Steak House
Got out of classes early today so I decided to drag out a friend for lunch. One of her favourite restaurants is Kingspark in Richmond. It’s located on Westminister highway across from the Richmond Public Market. Be aware that the parking is actually quite limited in this area because there are about 3 restaurants sharing the strip mall.
Dim Sum Brunch at Kalok Seafood Restaurant
Recently, my parents really like to go out for dim sum at Kalok Seafood Restaurant. They have free tea and there is a 25% discount if you order before 11AM and then a 20% discount until 3PM. I had originally written a short review on the urbanspoon page, but since I’ve gone back so often now, I’m writing a full review!
Another late night dinner at Kam Do
Yes, I do seem to eat out quite late recently….. This time, me and my boyfriend went over to Kam Do in Richmond since it seems like he has never been there before and it was one of my favourite haunts. (I wonder how that happened….?)
Late dinner at Chiffon
After watching a late movie, me and my boyfriend decided to go out for dinner. Chiffon seemed like they had a renovation and a some redecoration since the last time I’ve been here which was ages ago. They have turned all the tables on the left side of the restaurant into booths. I find that this gives more privacy but it’s really hard to see the rest of the restaurant. Thankfully, they also have a buzzer at each table so that you don’t have to maneuver yourself around the booth to flag down a waitress.
Meloty
Mom wanted a day out with me on a sunny afternoon, and after some shopping in Richmond, I felt like it’s time for some high tea. So I texted Alice to see what suggestion she has, and she pointed me to Meloty.
Boiling point
For those who likes stinky tofu, this is the post for you. One afternoon after work, boyfriend and I were starving and craving for some stinky tofu, so we headed down to Richmond to Boiling Point. It’s tucked away in one of the many strip malls on No.3 Road, and unless you know what you are looking for, you’ll never notice this place.
Nooch Snack & Chill
My friend and I were going to watch a show at the Richmond Cultural Center and we decided to grab a quick bite to eat. Nooch Snack & Chill was only a block away so we decided to go there.
